Judges will judge on three factors:

Creativity, how creative you are with the picture.
Technique, how well you color the piece, how you color the piece.
Color, the colors you use, color accuracy.

These are rated on a number system, rating from 1-10. 1 being the worst rating, and 10 being the best.
Each judge will give thier ratings and they will be added accordingly. The person with the highest rating on thier piece wins.
If a judge gives a low rating on your picture and I learn that you flamed them for such, you will be disqualified. Each judge will have thier own opinion, which will make the contest FAIR. If all judges agreed with each other on a piece that was very well drawn, it wouldn't be fair for the other contestants. Thus all the judges were chosen for having different peronalities and different tastes.
One judge may think differently on a piece then another, you see?
